No absolutely not! All of our jewellery is made from pure Cornish tin from the South Crofty Mine which is extracted from the stockpiled tin ore by the Wheal Jane Group as we need it.

Prevention is better than cure though so we suggest you remove your jewellery when swimming or showering and avoid it coming into contact with creams and make-up. It is always worth giving it a wipe with a cloth after use. Store it away from other jewellery preferable in acid free tissue paper.

The findings such as earring hooks and pins and all chains are made from sterling silver.
