Shipping policy

UK Delivery

We always aim to dispatch on the same day if orders are received before 1pm however this is not guaranteed. If the item is urgent feel free to call and we may be able to offer an upgrade on postage to first class or special delivery. We are closed Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. Orders received during these times will be processed the next working day.

Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery is free on all orders over £40. For orders under £40, there will be a shipping fee of £3.25. Expected delivery time within the UK is 3-5 working days.
Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery is usually available for purchases made before 1pm at a cost of £8.95 please call to arrange this if it is not shown as an option. A signature will be required to accept delivery. Please be aware that guaranteed next day orders are not delivered on a Saturday. 

International Delivery
Tracking services will be provided where possible, but please be aware that some countries do not support mail tracking services. For further details, please visit the Royal Mail website. Anyone purchasing from outside the UK may be charged customs and duties as their items enter their own country. These duties are set by the government of each country and are outside our control. Payment of these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

USA

Unfortunately due to the increased taxes we are unable to ship to the US. If you would like to send to the USA contact us for a quote.

Europe - Unfortunately due to the complexities and additional costs involved in the new shipping rules we are no longer able to offer shipping to the EU. 

Overseas Postage must be selected at the checkout.

 

RETURNS

Can I return an item?

We cannot accept any returns on stud earrings due to hygiene reasons.

As the rings are custom made to order these cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Should an item be faulty we will happily replace or refund the item. Please send your item by recorded delivery and enclose a brief covering letter that includes your name, address and a contact number/email, along with the reasons for return. Our returns address is:
